In the East, there is a system, used for a hundred of years, for massaging a point on a human body, which has 12 primary meridians and 365 points. They are quantity of the days and months in one year.

Where is Zu San Li point located in our body?
This point is placed beneath the kneecap. With the palm of the hand, cover your knee. The point is located between the end of two fingers, the ring finger and the little finger, as a line or a little scratch between the bones.
There is an alternative way to discover it, too.
Sit on the floor, pressing the feet to the floor, forcing them toward you. Don’t raise them from the floor.
You will notice the higher zone below the knee. Find the highest point, press your finger on it, and there is the Zu San Li.
What is the role of the Zu San Li?
It runs the work of the spinal cord in the processing tract, gastrointestinal tract, genital organs, adrenal organs and kidneys.

You can rub the Zu San li with your finger or you can use rice, buckwheat, oats…)
Also, you can place the garlic clove (half) and let it stay for 1-2 hours, until the skin become red.
For weight reduction it is the best to rub the point at night. But don’t’ do it right before sleeping because it might cause a sleeping disorder.
The best impact is achieved if you massage the Zu San Li during the New Moon.
